I partecipanti hanno preso parte a workshop interattivi, discussioni di gruppo ed esercizi basati su scenari incentrati sulla metodologia HRIC. Il format ha combinato l&#039;Educazione Attraverso lo Sport (ETS) con tecniche psicologiche ed \u00e8 stato testato nella pratica per garantirne la pertinenza. Il feedback raccolto durante le sessioni contribuir\u00e0 a perfezionare la metodologia per una pi\u00f9 ampia applicazione in tutta Europa.<\/p><p
