Os participantes participaram em workshops interativos, discuss\u00f5es em grupo e exerc\u00edcios baseados em cen\u00e1rios centrados na metodologia HRIC. O formato combinou a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o pelo Desporto (ETS) com t\u00e9cnicas psicol\u00f3gicas e foi testado na pr\u00e1tica para garantir a sua relev\u00e2ncia. O feedback recolhido durante as sess\u00f5es ajudar\u00e1 a refinar a metodologia para uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mais ampla em toda a Europa.<\/p><p
